Ricardo Jordan

Ricardo is a Principal at Cycle Capital, a leading Canadian venture capital firm focused on climate technologies. Since joining in 2022, he has served on portfolio company boards, supporting leadership teams on strategy, growth, and scaling innovative businesses in the energy transition.

Before joining Cycle, Ricardo spent over a decade in operational and commercial leadership roles at cleantech startups in Canada and internationally. His experience spans across renewable energy and connected infrastructure technologies, with deep expertise in smart lighting and industrial IoT platforms. He led the commercial strategy and market expansion of connected lighting solutions in South America, driving the successful deployment of emerging technologies across industrial applications.

Ricardo holds a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from McGill University and an MBA from HEC Montreal.
